The process that Dust Busters Restoration Services, Inc. uses is an exclusive power vacuum truck system that is state of the art and out performs any other type of duct cleaning process available in the industry. In our exclusive process our diesel truck engine actually provides the power for the vacuum.

A giant 48 inch fan blade generates over 200 horsepower spinning at 2,000 RPM, pulling 15,000 cubic feet of air per minute through the heating and cooling system. The power of the truck also delivers compressed air at pressures up to 200 pounds per square inch to blast dirt and debris from the duct walls with specialized tooling.

Our technicians begin the process by attaching a 10 inch vacuum hose directly to the main trunk line at the core of your heating and cooling system. The technicians will also carefully incise cylinder shaped holes in the ductwork every 4 1/2 to 5 feet in the basement and or crawl space areas in order to use specialized tooling that dislodges dirt, dust and debris from the main trunk line and spider lines. The supply and return sides are cleaned separately with our technicians sealing off all the registers inside the dwelling then uncovering the seals one at a time to perform individual cleaning. The specialized tooling our technicians use provides a whip and skipper ball action that is powerful but gentle within the duct system. The process is thorough and meticulous with all source matter being transported under vacuum power back to the vacuum stack system located in the bed of the truck. Our before and after camera inspection will show complete restoration of the duct system back to its original polished state.
